Squad Fit

These workouts are total body workouts and are designed to build functional strength as well as to get your heart pumping.

Squad Fit Class times: MWF 5:15, 6:15, 9, 3:30, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 S 8, 9am

Open Gym

Workouts provided these days are more about building strength but can still get your heart rate up.

Open Gym Times: TR 5-9am, 3-6pm

Abigail P90

P90 style workouts led by Abigail. A great complement to Squad workouts.

Tuesdays at 5.

Zumba

A combination of Latin music and dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

TRF at 8 MW at 10. Monday – Thursday at 630pm
